One of the most frequent thing we are asked is "How does your mobile exotic tuning service work?"

The process is fairly simple to make happen.

Contact us to purchase the correct tune for your vehicle based off your needs, wants and if any modifications are done.
Schedule a time during normal business hours when we can come to you (the process takes 2-3 hours on average). We ask the vehicle be in a location close to (within 50') of an electrical outlet.
Our mobile service vehicle has both 12v power and 120v power for our laptop and various devices which we may use however if we need to plug in your vehicle for flashing, we use a separate power supply (which we bring).
We show up and either remove the ECU for bench flashing or reflash the vehicle through the OBD port and take the initial read of the vehicle.
Once we have your modified calibration ready we reflash it to the vehicle or ecu on the bench and than reinstall it in the vehicle.
Take your vehicle for a test drive and enjoy the results.
99% of the time we have no issues. By odd chance you do have some issue with drive-ability, we will work with you to find the correct solution to the problem.

How much does it cost for you to come to me?

Within 30 miles of 43240, there is no charge.

Within 30-75 miles $100

Within 75-150 $150

Beyond 150 miles, $200 (Subject to availability)

If you are tuning multiple vehicles with us, and need us to come to your location, please contact us first so we can schedule accordingly.

Do you offer any discounts?

This is a two part answer. No we normally don't however you should always email us to see if we have any specials or rebates we can offer you. HOWEVER, we do offer 10% off (up to $400) to Military (active or retired), First responders (LEO, Fire, Medic) and Social Work/Social Services workers regardless of the time. Please email us your credentials to verify before purchase!

How do I pay you?

Simple, we invoice everything manually for accuracy purposes. Once we build your quote and send it to you, you can pay it online directly through Credit/Debit card, or ACH or even PayPal through our invoicing system. We also accept cash in person. We do not accept personal checks, and only accept from business or certified checks. We are happy to accept wire transfers as well.

Do you do any sort of tax free deals?

Absolutely with the correct documentation and tax exempt documentation we are happy to work with any tax exempt business.

I work at a dealership, service center, shop etc and we want to offer your products, do you give any dealer pricing?

Yes we do. E-Mail us Directly at Joel@SpurgeonAuto.com so we can get you set up!

My car is going in for service and will be at the shop for a long time. Can you go and tune the vehicle there?

Absolutely. We would just need to speak with someone at the dealer or shop who has the car to set up a time where we wont be in their way. We understand and stress the importance of not disrupting their flow of business and technicians.
